CROHN DISEASE
Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis included in the word inflammatory bowel disease. Crohn disease mainly affects small Bowel and colon about thirty percent patient in associated with fistulas fissures and abscesses. Crohn disease is a transmural process by which fistula , ulceration or mucosal inflammation occur. In Crohn disease patient suffer from diarrhea, fatigue, gastro pain and weight loss.

- PERINEAL DISEASE
- HEMORRHAGE
- MALABSORPTION

TREATMENT
There is no specific therapy exist and treatment is directed towards symptomatic improvement.
Immunosuppressants and anti inflammatory drug may be given for symptomatic relief to patients in this disease.
In some cases surgical procedures is needed in obstructed part of the digestive tract.
People should move on a well balanced diet with as few restriction as possible.
